His base is Dubai but works globally as Luxury Hotel & Resort Photographer and has almost 20 years experience in this field. He’s an approved/preferred hotel photographer for many global high end brands. Apart from that he also caters for Luxury Boutique Resorts.  Gary’s photography is professional and innovative. His photography is well known for passion and expertise which guarantees to showcase every property in a unique balance of art and communication. How Gary works

For high end luxury properties he prefers to work with his interior stylist. She is highly experienced and shootings are progressing even faster having a stylist on the photoshoot. Gary Schmid is in general a fast moving hotel photographer. The retouching for his luxury hotel photography is done in house with his dedicated and skilled retoucher. Which is trained by Gary and aware of all the different brand guidelines. For him it doesn't matter if international brand guidelines need to be followed or, like for Boutique Hotels & Resorts where aren't any, to set a new bench mark of visual quality.
